i thought staying here would be luxurious, but was shocked to find filthy rugs that made my socks black, and to top it off, a $10 parking charge? ! for what? it really ruined my experience. I would've appreciated some form of compensation for all these inconveniences, but apparently basic customer service is too much to ask.

The King Studio had a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The room was clean, and I loved the cozy sofa area. The indoor pool looked really nice too. Staff were super cool about my service dog, which was a big relief. Breakfast was solid, nothing fancy but good enough.

My stay at Towneplace Suites By Marriott Colorado Springs South was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making everything feel welcoming. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with Margarita ensuring everything was well-stocked and clean.

The bathroom layout was odd with the closet inside it. Breakfast was decent, though the crowded area made it a little hectic. Room was generally clean, just needed more light in some spots.
